  1. Please share the different titles that have opened your eyes! For me, books like The World’s Healthiest Foods, Fasting for Health, and Nourishing Traditions have altered my entire outlook on cooking for and nourishing my family. I’m always trying to learn more, so please, do share!

  2. Do you have any recipie recommendations for feeding a 1o month old lactose intolerant baby. It seems everything has cheese in it. 😦
